Sales & Scheduler
A fast-paced, growth-focused seat on the remote team of a trusted Michigan cleaning company. You'll talk with customers, respond to leads fast, book appointments, and create outstanding experiences — from home.
The role
What this role looks like.
This is not a slow-paced or repetitive customer service position. You'll speak with customers throughout the day, respond to leads quickly, schedule appointments, guide people through our services, and create an outstanding experience from start to finish.
We're looking for people who are proactive, emotionally intelligent, dependable, and hungry to succeed — people who move with urgency and bring positive energy every day.
Day to day
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally
- Respond quickly to new customer inquiries
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Build trust and rapport with customers
- Help customers understand service options
- Deliver high-level customer service experiences
- Maintain organization inside company software
- Work closely with management and team members
- Meet performance and communication expectations
Who we're looking for
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Coachable and growth-minded mentality

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time
Compensation & perks
$300 USD / week
